RESUMPTION OF CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS

On May 13, 2020, Governor Murphy signed EXECUTIVE ORDER 142, which allows non-essential construction projects that were ceased by EXECUTIVE ORDER 122, to resume.  


Although the Township’s public buildings remain close to the public, the Building Department, Zoning and Planning Boards, Zoning Office, Housing and Code Enforcement, and Fire Bureau, is accepting, processing, and reviewing ALL applications submitted, as has been done throughout the COVID-19 Pandemic. Until the Office of Community Development is reopened to the public, the submission of Construction Permit Applications and Zoning Permit Applications may be done as follows: 


1. TO COMPLETE A CONSTRUCTION OR ZONING PERMIT APPLICATION:

A Construction Permit Application or Zoning Permit Application can be picked up in the foyer of the Holmdel Township building located at 4 Crawfords Corner Road, Holmdel. They can be completed at the desk provided and placed in the appropriate bin along with all the relevant documents and plans. All Applications are brought up on a daily basis.   


2. TO OBTAIN A CONSTRUCTION OR ZONING PERMIT APPLICATION ONLINE:

3. ALL APPLICATIONS AND DOCUMENTS CAN BE LEFT IN THE FOYER AS DESCRIBED ABOVE OR MAILED TO 4 CRAWFORDS CORNER ROAD, HOLMDEL, NJ 07733


4. ZONING BOARD AND PLANNING BOARD APPLICATIONS FOR ALL PROJECTS WILL BE ACCEPTED, REVIEWED AND PROCESSED. APPLICANTS WILL BE CONTACTED BY THE BOARD SECRETARY.
