Police Reports
To obtain a police report, please complete the Request for Records form and return to the Records Bureau. The requestor will be notified when the report is ready.
There is no charge for accident reports if picked up in person. To obtain an accident report electronically, for a $5 fee, please visit www.crashdocs.org.
Motor Vehicle Crash Self-Reporting Form
